Hey New Friends!
Posted on October 27th, 2010So the response from the Yahoo! article has been overwhelming to say the least! I’m trying to get through all of the comments–and trust me, one day I will. In the meantime, thank you for visiting and making my day with your comments.
And yeah, sadly, my website lacks a LIKE button. This is what happens when one day only your mom and your best friend read your blog and the next day Yahoo! posts it on the main page. I do have a Facebook page. It’s Manic Motherhood. And of course, you can follow me on Twitter at manic motherhood! Thanks again and check back later. I actually have a giveaway to do Thursday or Friday, but being technologically impaired, I have to figure out how to do it!
Laurie

Thank YOU for the giggles. Besides, if Yahoo hadn’t posted you I wouldn’t have known that you and this wonderfully funny blog existed! You rock!!

Like? I LOVE YOU Laurie!! You are my soul sister!! I have three sons, one princess & a crazy Pekingese and have identified with EVERY post (I’m catching up on them all as fast as I can). You have put my daily world into words!!
Take your one Jr. & triple him & welcome to my world (well at least former world…the two oldest sons are now blissfully on their own, which 23 & 21 year olds should be)!!!! I’m now down to one boy & the princess with both being in the prime of teenage-hood (15 & 16)!! Even with just two & the dog, it is NEVER a dull moment, as you have documented.
Thank you so much for making me smile, burst out laughing and even getting misty eyed at times!! You’re our a 21st century Prudence Mackintosh I suppose!

Thank you so much–you all rock! This is pretty cool, having someone other than my Mom read my posts (her comments, if she knew how to make them would start with “Honey, did we not send you to a school where they taught proper grammar?”). This is from a woman who taught me the difference between “ya’ll” and “all ya’ll.”
Thanks so much for reading–and next week you get to meet my insane sister (aka Bridezilla) and my stupid dog who only eats left shoes.
